大选随时到！ 登记为合格选民知多少？

政坛消息近日甚嚣尘上，指第14届全国大选可能提前到2017年3月举行。不过，根据选委会的数据，还有122万符合资格的华裔选民还没有登记为合格选民。然而，选民在登记成为选民的6个月后才有投票权！马上动身登记为选民，避免自己无法在来届大选履行公民责任！

联邦宪法第119条:-

Qualifications of electors
119.
(1) every citizen who—
(a)
has attained the age of twenty-one years on the qualifying
date;

(b)
  is  resident  in  a  constituency  on  such  qualifying  date  or,
if  not  so  resident,  is  an  absent  voter;  and

(c)
  is,  under  the  provisions  of  any  law  relating  to  elections,
registered in the electoral roll as an elector in the constituency
in  which  he  resides  on  the  qualifying  date,

is  entitled  to  vote  in  that  constituency  in  any  election  to  the
house  of  Representatives  or  the  Legislative  Assembly  unless
he  is  disqualified  under  Clause  (3)  or  under  any  law  relating  to
offences  committed  in  connection  with  elections;  but  no  person
shall  in  the  same  election  vote  in  more  than  one  constituency.

你必须回国到有关部门做登记，
如果你是在外国的政府门、军人、留学，投票的时候可以邮寄选票。
如果你是外国工作或旅居，投票的时候必须回来投票。
