布城：上诉庭已经下判，归还内有ALLAH字眼的CD给拥有着。。。。一个月你内归还。。。。拥有者说她在祷告中和教育中都用到ALLAH的字。。。。。内政部长是此案的答判人。。。。。。

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has upheld an order compelling the Home Ministry to return eight CDs containing the word "Allah" to Sarawakian clerk Jill Ireland Lawrence Bill.

The court ordered for the CDs to be returned within a month.

Court of Appeal judge Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat, chaired a three-man panel, to decide on the Home Ministry’s appeal as well as a cross appeal by Bill, 34, who contended that she used the word “Allah” in her prayers and religious education.

On May 4, 2009, Bill obtained leave from the High Court to challenge the Home Minister’s decision to seize eight CDs that contained the word Allah.

   


In her application for a judicial review, she sought to quash the minister’s decision to seize the CDs at the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) on May 11, 2008, and for the return of the items.

The High Court had in July last year ordered the return of the CDs to her.

不要高兴得太早哦，等下过不久，又有另一个法庭来推翻这判决，上次那个含有Allah字眼的圣经事件，刚开始下判说可以用，过后又推翻之前的判决。很难不相信这次也是做戏而已。
