I called Grace, Cosmic today. She said Cosmic got difficulty to claim 75% due to Consultant did not approve their claim submission.

我刚刚也发了投诉email给KTKP。接下来他们会有什么行动？我还需要做些什么？我们一起合作，争取发展商尽快完工吧。 |

21 April 2015: I have received a call from Kementerian Perumahan regarding the complaint of construction delay ofproject Taman Seri Molek Perdana. According to the officer, the project developer is still SPNS, Cosmic just constructor. The officer do not heard any lawsuit involve that may cause the delay of the project. Kementerian Perumahan has monthly meeting with developer to follow up on the construction progress. The developer promise to Kementerian Perumahan the project can be complete around year end, advised by the officer. Please share the update if anyone of you have. Thanks. |

新山的询问电话是07-2228069
我之前打去问过，要申请赔偿要等到拿钥匙后，才可以去新山的MENARA ANGSA 20楼persada johor旁边，去相关部门填FORM申请
大家可以试试打去问更多的问题。。。 |

The simple thing you can do is logging a complaint at KPKT and call them to follow up.
