Participation by Invitation, with contribution donation from attendees where a portion shall be donated to :

内家拳是“懂劲”的人练的，先外家后内家，内家因为练得慢，也有时“时快时慢”，内家拳练法的，还有很多入门类别，出发点不同。

|
刚柔流空手道也是内外兼修，除了拳脚以外还有一些类似太极推手、福建style散手的东西甚至也是包括柔道摔技和合气道锁技。这个我不觉得有什么出奇，因为刚柔流也是又有刚、又有柔。再者，刚柔流的kata也是跟福建style套路有所相似。 |
