（吉隆坡14日讯）日马集团（JMR Conglomeration Bhd）大股东JMR Consolidated Holdings私人有限公司，脱售了前者的1450万股或11.44%股权予Mayapada Capital私人有限公司。

根据文告，目前JMR Consolidated持有日马集团的1260万股或9.94%股权。

截至2017年6月30日，JMR Consolidated持有日马集团约6340万股或50.01%股权。从去年12月份起，JMR Consolidated持续减持日马集团的股权，在半年内脱售了5080万股或40.07%股权。

日马集团执行主席Datuk Goh Nai Kooi @ Gah Mai Kwai和他的儿子兼集团董事经理Datuk Goh Yong Chee，都与交易有关。

完成交易后，Nai Kooi的直接持股权为8.24%，间接持股权则有15.37%，而Yong Chee则直接与间接持有2.33%及11.54%股权。

另一方面，Mayapada Capital直接持有日马集团的16.24%股权，或相等于2060万股。

截至2018年3月31日止财年（2018财年），日马集团净亏311万令吉，2017财年则净赚81万4000令吉，主要是产业发展业务收入下滑及制造业务盈利赚幅下跌所致。整体营业额按年萎缩7.95%至2211万令吉，2017财年为2402万令吉。

日马集团主要从事制造业、产业发展、建筑与投资业务。
