该公司全年净赚6亿6129万令吉，相比前期7亿5363万6000令吉，下跌12.25%。

IOI产业末季营业额按年下跌17.45%至4亿9779万1000令吉，前期6亿零301万3000令吉；全年营业额累积21亿9751万4000令吉，对比前期26亿6874万5000令吉跌了17.66%。

该公司宣布派发3仙股息，除权日在9月17日，18日为享有日。

该公司发文告指出，尽管持续的贸易冲突导致全球环境存在不确定性，但公司位于厦门的IOI Palm City住宅开发项目以及新加坡的南海滩住宅的联营项目仍给予正面贡献。

文告显示，该公司计划下一个财政年在厦门推出发展总值29亿人民币的住宅开发项目，以维持其正面趋势。
