【SETIA INDAH 第十区 课题与问题区 】

1) Smart card 的问题，是用stickers还是还是smartcard？
Status: 已解决
跟进：
-笨笨有email过去setia,以下是setia的回复：

Dear Mr. Tony,
Good day to you. Thank you for dropping us your email.
We understand your concern with regards to the Precinct 10 access pass.We would like to inform, that the usage of car sticker is for temporary period only. The smartcard system will be ready for use by end July upon completion of the construction of the guard house. In the meantime, we will place a temporary guardhouse at the entrance of 90 degree 1. We will deploy 10 guards to man 90degree 1 on a rotating shift.
Thank you for your understanding.

-xemz127已经向setia sales Christine confirm第十区有smartcard系统。


2）第十区的围墙太矮，第十区的围墙标准高度是五尺，但有些高度不到四尺。
Status: 跟进中
跟进：
-风紫已经向setia sales（Simon）反映过，Simon答应会再次观察和改善。
-xemz127已经向setia sales Christine反映过,她答应她会处理。
-xemz127已经email 给setia。。以下是setia的回复：
Though the heightmay looks varies afterwe had landscape beautification work  along theperimeterfence,  we maintained a minimum requirement of 5 feet height.
-风紫和雅雅email给setia，Setia已经forward mail给project team。等待回复中。。

3）第十区入口处的问题，从TamanDaya进来，第十区的屋主必须在第九区的入口处uturn。这不但很不方便，而且还会妨碍到第九区的车主转出。
Status:已解决

-xemz127已经email 给setia。。以下是setia的回复：
Foryour informationthere will be a new junction opening at the entrance ofPrecinct 10 toease the traffic flow. Precinct 10 residents no need to make u -turnwhen this opening completed.

4) 大水沟会不会整条用水泥建呢？因为有些部分是用水泥，有些却是杂草一堆
Status: 跟进中

Themaindrain isdesign with the bottom part with concrete and the grass on thetop.During dry season the drain has no water stagnate and design forsurfacewater run off during raining. The maintenance work such as grasscutting willbe carry out by the local authority.

今天刚刚去了setia哪里签了S&，然后就还了律师费和头期钱，因为懒惰再下去JB了，所以一次过弄好这些手续咯

今天也有经过adda height哪里，还没进去哪里前的路好像蛮偏僻的，不懂会危险吗
我老公还说感觉上还是觉得setia这里的风水和感觉比较ok咯，幸好买对了咯
