3A资源（3A，0012，主板工业产品股）是国内及本区域首届一指的食品与饮料配料生产商。随着在食品业营业超过30年，该公司已建立强稳的营运记录与声誉。

该公司的其中一项主要产品是焦糖色素，这项配料广泛运用在各种食品与饮料，包括汽水、酱、调味料、酒、化学品、烤产品与面包及罐头食品等。

过去多年来，3A资源已扩大其产品范畴，把大豆蛋白酱、天然酿造食醋、葡萄糖浆及麦芽糖浆概括在内。

据估计，食品与饮料业目前每年的需求增长率达3至5％，表现相当平稳。

该公司放眼在可预见的未来几年内，持续的扩张其业务，并拨出相当显著的盈利，用作提升产能用途。

持续扩张业务

凭着食品与饮料业的需求持续稳健成长、产能扩充计划、推出新产品及开拓新市场，预料将主导该公司未来几年的成长。

该公司也很可能达致今年营业额跃升50％至1亿6070万令吉的目标。

Insider Asia研究公司预估，平均而言，到了2010年，该公司的营业额将取得40％的常年复合增长率，达到2亿9240万令吉。

同期，该公司的净盈利则取得年均约32％的复合增长率，从2007年的1010万令吉增至2350万令吉。

Insider Asia预期3A资源今明两年的每股盈利分别为4.7仙及6.3仙，按此推算，其本益比分别只有6.3倍及4.8倍，都是非常吸引人的水平。

Wilmar to emerge as substantial shareholder in Three-A Resources


KUALA LUMPUR: Singapore-based Wilmar International Ltd is planning to take up to 61.6 million new shares in food ingredients producer Three-A Resources Bhd via a private placement for RM46.2mil.

Following the placement, Wilmar will emerge as a new substantial shareholder in Three-A with a 17% stake.

The placement is being priced at 75 sen a share, which is at a 12.63% discount to the five-day weighted average price of Three-A shares.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Three-A said the proposed private placement would enable both companies to collectively venture into any future overseas investments.

Analysts said Wilmar was likely to use its wide distribution network in China to distribute some of Three-A’s products.

Three-A produces maltodextrine, an ingredient used in beverages such as three-in-one sachets of instant coffee, chocolate drinks, condensed milk and others.

Three-A said the proceeds raised would be used as working capital and new overseas investments.

“The amount is expected to be fully utilised within 24 months from the date of completion of the proposed placement,” it said, adding that Three-A’s gearing, which stood at 0.57 times as at Dec 31, 2008, is expected to be reduced to 0.36 times after the private placement exercise.

（吉隆坡5日訊）3A資源（3A，0012，主要板工業）計劃，以每股75仙代價，私下配售20%的發行及繳足股本給豐益國際（Wilmar International），冀籌資4620萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備，豐益國際是以書面表達認購意願，冀以每股75仙，認購3A資源約6160萬股。

一旦在今年第4季完成私下配售，豐益國際將崛起成為3A資源的新主要股東，持有16.67%股權。

“私下配售計劃可讓3A資源及豐益國際，開拓任何未來海外投資。”

截至9月30日，3A資源的發行及繳足股本達3億800萬19股，每股20仙面值，相等于約6160萬3令吉。

該公司指出，最高可能配售6160萬3股，最終配售數額必須在取得所有相關單位批准及確認配售日期后，才能決定。

3A資源截至10月2日的5日加權平均股價為85.84仙，每股75仙的配售價，相等于12.63%折價。

以每股75仙配售價計算，該公司料籌措4620萬令吉，籌資所得將主要用作海外新投資，余下將用作營運資本。

Three-A plans overseas manufacturing base

It names China, Indonesia and India as possible plant locations

PETALING JAYA: Food and beverage ingredients manufacturer Three-A Resources Bhd plans to set up production facilities overseas with the proceeds of its private placement.

“We’re planning to set up a manufacturing base overseas to make our production cost more competitive,” executive director Fong Chu King told StarBiz yesterday.

He named China, Indonesia and India as possible locations for the plant. “We’re just exploring the possibilities and there could be more countries (to be considered).”

Fong said China presented “great market potential” for the company. His reason was that the wide usage of soy sauce there would give a big market for Three-A to tap as the company produces caramel colour and related ingredients for soy sauce.

“It’s still too early to tell the cost (of the plant) or whether it will be another maltodextrin plant but there’s definitely a new factory in the pipeline,” he said.

Three-A produces maltodextrine, an ingredient used in beverages such as three-in-one sachets of instant coffee, chocolate drinks, condensed milk and others. The company’s other product lines include liquid caramel, caramel colour, soy protein sauce, glucose syrup, maltose syrup and natural fermented vinegar.

On Monday, Three-A announced that it would undertake a private placement exercise of new shares amounting to 20% of its issued capital to Wilmar International Ltd to raise RM46.2mil.

In a filing with the Singapore Exchange yesterday, Wilmar said it had issued a letter to Three-A expressing interest in subscribing the private placement. Upon completion of the exercise, Wilmar is expected to emerge as a substantial shareholder of Three-A with a 16.67% stake.

Commenting on the private placement, Fong said the exercise complemented Three-A’s current business.

“It’s a move of strategic alliance. Wilmar produces soybean, sugar, oil and other food related products and we are in the food business. It (private placement) complements both companies,” he added.

Asked how soon the overseas factory would be ready, Fong said: “First things first, we have to conclude the private placement and then move on from there. We will take things step by step.”

Three-A currently has a maltodextrin plant in Sungai Buloh and another plant is on track for production early next year. The Sungai Buloh plant can produce up to 1,200 tonnes of maltodextrin a month.

“The plant cannot cope with the demand and we can only supply to our regular customers,” Fong said, adding that the new plant was expected to produce up to 2,000 tonnes of maltodextrin monthly.

售股豐益國際
3A資源 交投熾熱


（吉隆坡6日訊）3A資源（3A，0012，主要板工業）獲玻璃市種植（PPB，4065，主要板消費）旗下新加坡上市公司豐益國際（Wilmar International）認購16.67%股權，股價走勢反覆，為10大熱門股之一。

玻璃市種植卻獲投資者熱烈追捧，為10大上升股之一；根據玻璃市種植網站資料，該公司直接持有豐益國際18.4%股權。

3A資源昨晚宣佈，計劃以每股75仙代價，私下配售20%的發行及繳足股本給豐益國際，冀籌資4620萬令吉，以拓展海外業務及用作營運資本。

這項私下配售料在今年第4季完成，屆時豐益國際將崛起成為新主要股東，持有16.67%股權。

3A資源週一晚收在96仙，為2006年1月5日以來最大漲幅。

該股今早起4仙，以1令吉迎市，但10分鐘后卻回吐漲幅，隨后走勢反覆，交投熾熱。

玻璃市種植則起2仙，以15.42令吉開高，且數度上漲16仙至15.56令吉盤中最高水平，為10大上升股之一。

休市時，3A資源跌3仙至93仙，半日成交量1375萬5600股；玻璃市種植起14仙，暫掛15.54仙，成交量20萬2900股。

只能享受股息

大馬投資研究指出，逾4600萬令吉的投資額，對擁有29億美元（101.5億令吉，截至08財年底）現金的豐益國際而言，並非大數額。

該行指出，由于豐益國際持股少于20%，預期只能享有3A資源派發的股息。

3A資源在08財年每股派息0.75仙，09財年首半年派息1仙。

該行說，以3A資源昨日96仙閉市價及每股75仙認購價而言，豐益國際已享有28%的資本溢價。

閉市時，3A資源報89.5仙，跌6.5仙，成交量1658萬4900股；玻璃市種植報15.54令吉，起14仙，成交量64萬7000股。

３A 有外资入股，就变成今天的局面，起了几乎有８0%以上，有点跟股神入股的比亚迪那样。。。

3A 的市值从之前的2.46亿（0.8 一股）到现在的4.8亿　（１。５６一股），本益比也相对的提高了许多，现在的本益比应该是　３５倍。对我来说，已经是超买了。
