RE: Customer complaints regarding impoliteness and rude attitudes from Jaya Jusco security guard.

I,would like to express my dissatisfaction and anger on following matters:

Few weeks ago, I was doing my regular shopping in Jaya Jusco
(  Metro Prima Shopping Centre
   No 1, Jalan Metro Prime
   Kepong
   52100 Kuala Lumpur)
with my families. While I passed through the main entrance to take my car, I had been warned by security guard for not passing the main entrance.
They mistakenly suspected that I was a staff on duty in Jusco since my wearing on that time was like Jusco staff.
Therefore I did explain the truth to them but they refused to hear my explanation and I forced to see their supervisor.
Same thing happened again that I been scolding again them when I requested for an apologize. The supervisor said in Malay : "Bawa ini orang jumpa Encik Salleh...". On that time, many other customer walk passes through and starring on me.   
By that time, I felt very innocent and disgusting on their rude behavior. Later, I meet up with the assistant officer Mr. Salleh...this person have blamed me with mandarin language...
As a customer, I was being threatened by your company security staff. I feel very disappointed that each of them was helping each other to threaten me.
As regarding to this scenario, I would like your company to take a serious action as soon as possible. Please understand that as a consumer and customer, I had the right to make this complaint.
For your information, this letter I will translated into Japanese language to be send to Jaya Jusco in Japan. Furthermore, I'll distribute this message to the public through whatever necessary media if no valid action taken by Jusco management.

哇靠 全部人都不聽你的解釋嗎?
那Mr. Salleh做甚麼要責怪你?又不是你的錯?
這間JayaJusco真的是...虧我家還經常去....

有一天楼主去那间JUSCO买东西,要回家时,经过大门,有个GUARD停了楼主,要楼主走后门出,楼主那天因为穿得很像员工,所以那个GUARD就以为他是员工要他走后门出,不能用大门,可是楼主解释了,他是顾客不是员工,过后,楼主要求见主任,主任偏帮那个GUARD,又推楼主给更高层,高层也指责楼主,楼主觉得很不爽,决定把这件事公开,让所有人知道那间JUSCO的服务态度有问题,最后楼主还会把这封信翻译成日文寄去日本的JUSCO把事情搞大 。。

其实是不是staff当场叫他们去check不是懂了咯。。。然后当场反击他们啊。。。为何搞那么多??

最新的进展...我sent...

thanks Mr.Gunasinggam.P for concerning on this matter...
but it doesn't mean that management of Metro Prima Shopping Centre will take concern...
until today i still seen these people, no one come for apologize...
due to this reason...i had post this scenario into chinese.cari.com...I just want the public to know my difficulties as a consumer...

你做的很好,我支持你的行动。
至少你应该得到一张正正式式的道歉信,由Jaya Jusco高层发出,然后告知你他们如何处罚犯错误的下属。

态度恶劣的员工,务必要严惩,以提高购物中心的服务。

latest complaints to Jaya Jusco

Since there is no appropriate action taken by Jusco, I would like to distribute my difficulties through newspaper. Since all the words I said is truth, according to consumer law in Malaysia, I have the right to made this complaint through newspaper. Furthermore, I will bring this issue to the Jabatan Hal-ehwal Pengguna and court if there are still no appologize from these people.

这件事还没有解决啊? 有没有搞错啊,我想 Jusco 是不想道歉 。。。
