SHIPBUILDING CONTRACT TO BUILD A 8,800 DWT REFINED OIL PRODUCT
VESSEL
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SKY China Petroleum Services Ltd. (the
“Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) wishes to announce that
SKY Petroleum Technology Development (Tianjin) Co., Ltd (“SKY (Tianjin)”), a whollyowned
subsidiary of the Company, has today executed a shipbuilding contract to build a
8,800 tons deadweight (“DWT”) refined oil product vessel (the “New Vessel”, and such
transaction, the “Proposed Transaction”).
The cost of the New Vessel is RMB 85.28 million and will be satisfied in cash. The New
Vessel is to be built by Fansun Shipbuilding Co., Ltd located at Wenzhou, People’s
Republic of China and is scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2012.
The Proposed Transaction is part of the Group’s efforts to enhance our earnings base
with more focus on the oil transportation business. As such, the Proposed Transaction
is in the ordinary course of the Company’s business. In view of the foregoing, the
Proposed Transaction would not constitute a “transaction” for the purposes of Chapter
10 of the SGX-ST Listing Manual.
The Proposed Transaction will be funded partially by the placement proceeds from the
placement exercise undertaken by the Company (as announced on 19 October 2010),
with the remainder to be funded by the Group’s internal resources. The Proposed
Transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible
asset per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending
31 December 2011.
None of the directors or controlling shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct
or indirect in the Proposed Transaction.

   我觉得啦。。fuxing 虽然掉。可是so far并没有big volume sell down （充其量有一宗 11:25:180.1801,500,000B）0.180对于我来说价格相当诱人。。。（我的买入是 0.195 。。 T.T）

   yongnam 现在相当诱人不过我不敢进。。。哈哈。。。一来子弹不多。。。而来怕跌破0.300后会加深。。。chinataisan 对他的没什么研究。。。
