海鷗次季淨利激增85%



國內市場復甦及消費走高帶動所有領域的貢獻高企，海鷗企業（HAIO,7668,主板貿服組）截至2009年10月31日止財政年，次季淨利從前期1088萬9000令吉，激增85.38%至2018萬6000令吉，激勵首半年淨利走挺57.81%至3865萬令吉，前期為2449萬1000令吉。

次季營業額從前期8729萬2000令吉，走高51.65%至1億3237萬4000令吉，促使首半年營業額攀升40.33%至2億8094萬6000令吉。

建議派發10仙中期股息

這間公司也建議派發10仙中期股息。

海鷗企業發表文告指出，銷售走高主要是由子公司、多層次行銷及零售業帶動，而且還包括高企的租金收益。多層次行銷為這間公司貢獻超過80%營業額，歸功於具效益的宣傳策略。

儘管海鷗企業的批發業務收益走低，不過卻成功激勵擁有良好賺幅的產品銷售。這間公司接下來將改善行銷策略、增強分銷生產及成本效益，並有信心下半年將有利可圖及取得持續性成長。

5送1紅股

海鷗企業週二（12月22日）也宣佈5送1紅股計劃，並將股票拆細1股變2股，同時私下配售10%股權，籌措5340萬6472令吉作為為營運資本。

這間公司發文告表示，在紅股計劃下，這間公司以8股送1股比例派發最高1689萬1469股紅股，有關紅股主要從股票溢賬和保留盈利資本化而來。

紅股計劃主要是增加公司資本基，以更好反映公司業務。

股票拆細1變2

在紅股計劃的同時，這間公司將進行股票拆細1變2，將現有的1億零134萬8811股股本拆細為2億零269萬7622股股票，以加強股票的流通量。

同時，這間公司也建議私下配售佔股本10%的股權，以增加投資機構的持股權，並籌措資金進行上述計劃、攤還貸款和保留現金流進行再投資或營運用途。

私下配售10%股權籌措5473萬

私下配售發合價稍後決定，根據每股售價2令吉70仙計算，配售的2000零269萬7622股可籌措5472萬8360令吉。

在紅股、拆細和私下配售後，這間公司的繳足資本將從現有的8445萬7342令吉擴大至1億1148萬3693令吉，由2億2240萬9313股票組成。

次季耀眼‧紅股帶動海鷗創34個月新高


海鷗企業（HAIO,7668,主板貿服組）次季淨利耀眼，加上宣佈派發紅股，促使今日（週三，12月23日）股價走勢驚人，一度大漲69仙或9.2%，股價創下34個月新高，漲勢甚至創下上市新高，促使僑豐研究看好並選為明年首選股。

受到國內市場復甦及消費走高帶動，海鷗企業次季淨利激增85.38%至2018萬6000令吉，激勵首半年淨利走挺57.81%至3865萬令吉，並宣佈派發10仙中期股息。

同時，這間公司建議以5送1方式送紅股，送1689萬1069紅股。紅股派送後，海鷗將把每股面值1令吉的股票分拆成兩股，面值減半至50仙。在上述計劃完成後，料這間公司繳足資本將可擴大至最低2億2240萬股，或1億1120萬令吉。

之後，海鷗將私下配售股本的10%，配售價格尚未敲定，將參考至少5天的平均股價，折價不會超過10%。

漲勢是上市以來新高

受到業績報捷與派發紅股激勵，海鷗企業週三表現勢不可擋，開盤不久即輕鬆衝破8令吉關口後，一度飆漲69仙或9.2%揚至8令吉19仙，不僅拿下馬股最大上升股龍頭寶座，漲幅甚至創下34個月新高，69仙漲勢也是上市以來新高。

午盤走勢稍微黯淡，惟仍無法掩飾早盤亮眼表現，閉市掛7令吉**仙，起**仙或**%。

僑豐研究表示，海鷗次季表現非常亮眼，營業額與淨利都分別大增40.3%與57.5%，達到全年業績的56%，主要原因是多層次行銷銷售按年大漲51.9%，零售業營業額也揚升3.9%，加上租金貢獻走高與脫售外國聯營公司收入，抵銷製造業與批發業務分別按年下滑31.6%與12.4%利空。

由於偏高銷售與原料價格走低，也促使上半年賺幅按年增長2.6%。

在派發紅股方面，僑豐認為這可增加該股吸引力與流通量，並使到大股東陳凱希股權將從9.73%下滑至8.8%（不包括間接持股權），由於這計劃料在明年次季可完成，加上其成長動力、誘人周息率與股票流通量提高，因此維持“買進”評級，目標價為8令吉95仙。

Hai-O sees record earnings this year
Hai-O Enterprise Bhd, Malaysia’s only listed seller of traditional health-care products, said it expects to post record earnings in the year ending April, bolstered by demand for its Chinese wines, herbs and medicines.

The company, whose profit doubled to RM20.2 million in the quarter ended October, expects full-year net income to rise at least 10 per cent, Group Managing Director Tan Kai Hee said.

“Judging from the first half of our results, we are growing quite steadily,” he said in an interview in Kuala Lumpur today.

“Traditional medicine has been here for 5,000 years, and we’re still selling. We get the benefit from our ancestors, this is a historical gift.”
Hai-O, which derives 80 per cent of its sales from its multi level marketing business and operates retail outlets and Chinese medicine clinics, is benefiting from an economic recovery in the Southeast Asian nation which is bolstering consumer spending and sales of its health and wellness products.

Shares of Hai-O have surged 166 per cent in the past 12 months, more than triple the 325-member FTSE Bursa Malaysia EMAS Index’s 47 per cent gain. - Bloomberg

海鷗盈利表現看俏
（吉隆坡2日訊）海鷗（HAIO，7668，主要板貿易）展望截至4月底財年盈利或創歷史新高，今日深受投資者的追捧，股價衝高，躋身10大上升股榜。

該公司業務表現穩定，今早甫開盤揚升4仙，以8.40令吉迎市，盤中一度大漲37仙，寫下8.74令吉的全日最高。

休市時，海鷗稍微收窄漲勢，報8.55令吉，交投量僅10萬5500股。

海鷗董事經理陳凱希早前受訪時說，公司首半年業務表現穩定，並且仍在持續增長中。

“我們的產品銷售仍在增加中，預計全年盈利將上揚至少10%，這是一份‘歷史禮物’（Historical Gift）。”

閉市時，該股收在8.60令吉，揚23仙，成交量達11萬9400股。

direct 的应该都会收到。
