我想问下mmu的law受新加坡承认吗？
因为六月我就去mmu读law了。
我听我朋友讲，mmu law 拿到degree了可以去UM攻master,是真的吗？

   怎麼說受新加坡承認呢？？是說成為新加坡律師嗎？
基本上在新加坡當律師必須是新國大法律系出身，或者那些名牌大學。

可以到s'pore bar council 網站查詢。


至於可不可以攻master又是什麽意思啊？LLM嗎？

最近在读着malaysian studies，读到宪法这部分时看不是很懂，希望大大能帮忙解释topic1: Important provisions in the Constitution of Malaysia
Language
Article number:152

-(1) the national language shall be in such script as Parliament may by law* provide:
Provided that-
(a) no person shall me prohibited or prevented from using(otherwise than for official purposes), or from teaching or learning, any other language, and
(b) nothing in this Clause shall prejudice the right of the Federal Government or of any State Government to preserve and sustain the use and study of the language of any other community in the Federation.

-(2) Not withstanding the provisions of Clause(1), for a period of ten years after Merdeka Day, and thereafter until Parliament otherwise provides, the English language may be used in both Houses of Parliament, in the Legislative Assembly of every State, and for all other official purposes.

-(3) Not withstanding the provisions of Clause(1), for a period of ten years after Merdeka Day, and thereafter until Parliament otherwise provides, the authoritative texts-
(a) of all Bills to be introduced or amendments thereto to be moved in either House of Parliament, and
(b) of all Acts of Parliament and all subsidiary legislation issued by the Federal Government, shall be in the English   language.

-(4) Not withstanding the provisions of Clause(1), for a period of ten years after Merdeka Day, and thereafter until Parliament otherwise provides, all proceedings in the Supreme Court or a High Court shall be in the English language: Provided that, it the Court and counsel on both sides agree, evidence taken in language spoken by the witness need not be translated into or recorded in English

-(5) Not withstanding the provisions of Clause(1), until Parliament otherwise provides, all proceedings in subordinate courts, other than the taking of evidence, shall be in the English language.

-(6) In this Article, "official purpose" means any purpose of the Government, whether Federal of State, and includes any purpose of a public authority

我快疯了... 之前就开始准备了... 可是读过的又忘了... 回去读又把之前的忘记... 好像有老人痴呆酱...   都快吐血了...   每天不断祷告+读书... 好象神经病...   consti&admin怕到要昏到... crim的case多到要哭料... :@  contract跟LMS没眼看了... 是时候去玩了...
