目前没有任何的消息。。。。。。。。
新的购物广场和旧百盛旧地址还在装修着。。。
开张营业必定会比旧广场大多一倍有余。。。
在新的广场还没营业之前。。。
拥有新的化妆品连锁店和窗帘设计公司将进军旧广场。。。
还有几间ah beng ah beng店。。。也要搬家了。。。
其余的店也在装修着！

关于连锁店进军新的广场，暂时没有新的消息！

估计全新一栋星城广场/多层停车场将于3月中营业！

Parkson Bintang Megamall, Miri - Hearts will flutter with the opening of the biggest department store in East Malaysia.

Miri, January 15, 2009- The biggest department store in East Malaysia, right smack in the retail heart of Miri.  The re-opening of Parkson Bintang Megamall on 17 January turns the dream into reality. Parkson Bintang Megamall is the result of the department stores’ metamorphosis from its 63,015 sq ft store in the then named Bintang Plaza to the current 144,500 sq ft space of pure shopping heaven.



         

Now not only is it 130% bigger, spanning 4 floors with over 350 brands, of which nearly 100 brands are exclusive to Parkson or are in Miri for the first time, but it’s also the largest department store in the East of Malaysia. This makes it a key retail landmark not to be missed to locals and foreign shoppers alike.

Says Parkson’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr Toh Peng Koon, “Our strategy is to constantly evolve our stores with time and trend to be inline with the changing lifestyle and needs of our shoppers. Parkson Bintang Megamall is aimed at being the premier family lifestyle department store in Miri.”



         

The store indeed has much more to offer, starting from a wider selection of cosmetics & fragrances on the ground floor, followed by the 1st floor which is dedicated to Women & Men’s fashion from apparels to accessories. The top 2 floors are filled with goodies for children and homes.

“Having positioned customers as the forefront of business, all Parkson stores and employees are trained in customer service to ensure a satisfying and an enjoyable shopping experience for shoppers,” add Mr. Toh, in reference to Parkson Pavilion, KLCC and Subang Parade being recently awarded the 2008-2009 Service & Courtesy Excellence award by the Malaysia Retailers Association (MRA).

全新四层楼停车场料3月启用
[本报美里27日讯]
美里星城广场四层楼停车场今已完成98%,共有2300个泊车位,增加11倍车位,预料于3月启用,将解决过去泊车位不足问题.
美里房屋发展集团执行董事主席拿督刘绍慧接受[联合日报]记者访问时指出:
美里星城广场过去只有200个泊车位,经常面对泊车位不足问题.配合扩建建筑工程,目前使用的地下室停车场扩充后,泊车位增设到400个,而4层停车场一旦启用,共有2300个泊车位,比过去增添11倍车位.
4层楼停车场将于下礼拜完工,即3月启用...
除此之外,4层楼停车场的启用,相信也会为美里星城广场增添购物人潮...

星城购物广场扩充工程完成95%
[本报美里27日讯]美里星城广场扩充建筑工程已完成95%,预料于今年6月启用,而18层酒店建筑工程也如火如茶进行中,目前建筑进展至70%,上层建筑估计于今年9月完成.
美里房屋发展集团执行董事主席拿督刘绍慧透露,目前的百盛占该购物广场全面部的3份之1,另外的3份之2面积尚在建筑中,而购物广场全扩建工程将于今年6月完成,并分别于4月1号及5月15号启用,正式营业!
他说,美里星城广场过去只有超过50间店面,扩建工程将店位增加至超过300间,即增加5倍店位,主要是提供足够的空间,让商家们可以引进多元化物品与品牌,满足市场需求.

我是在外的游子，看到家乡有如此的发展心里好高兴哦！
只是2300个停车位。。。。。。外面的马路能疏通这么大的流量吗？

外面的马路的却有点不能疏通这么大的流量。。。
很塞车。。。。。

不过好在星城广场的地下停车场和多层停车场够大够阔。。。容量够多。。。
再加上完工后将有3个入口和3个出口。。。不至于会塞车吧。。。
