你就很好？人家问东你答西，没问的也拖出来一再强调，怕死人家不懂是residential,说自己不是agent却一直重复“分辨”，“好心”到附上照片怕死别人不知道已经动工了，admiral就那么不好卖吗，你就那么怕没拿到commision或没有邻居，只要是马六甲公寓的帖你都在hard sales admiral。你是agent就肯定是帮公司倒米的，你不是agent就拖衰自己的property。

我没说我好。起码我的 information 是正确。再第三次说和你说 我不是 agent 更不是为了那个小小的 commission 。我是有调查全马六甲的 project 才有把握说出来。另外 请你不要把那些路边扫地玩泥沙 agent property 当成我。nonsense |

I suspect they take from them or share with it. I ask them before they say is Australia architects. |

Also I realised that the window is rather small in one of the bedroom. Btw do u have any idea how's the sales for block b? Selling good? |

I don’t selling block B. Just seldom ask only. Btw the window if not wrong like normal size only. I can’t remember..have to go their gallery unit check. Anyway I perfer empty show unit...easy check. |

Location old mature area. Will not develop anymore. Nearby very old building...accessible not good |

其实也很靠近市区，又是 freehold，又 low density,facilities也比较好。怕 admiral 做出来会好像一般的 apartment. |

I perfer kota laksamana . Still got many space increase rate value. Somemore near jonker street new Center business develop area |

发展商很新。但block A 卖完了，block b 也卖了 30%, 应该还 ok 吧。contractor 转去 developer, 一，会做的好好build up reputation.二，就会用contractor的心态，能省则省用比较便宜的 construction material. 纯粹自己的想法，大家可以给给自己的看法 |

认同。 因为发展商最少要卖超过50% unit 银行才肯批钱给发展商。有好 也有不好 |
