INSTACOM建电讯塔出租

（吉隆坡16日讯）考虑到电讯业者常受到资金的约束而无法更快速地开拓服务区域，INSTACOM集团（INSTACO，0069，创业板）计划在大马实行基建设施租用计划，以便能够让电讯业者与基建业者达到互补的关係。
与此同时，INSTACOM集团也不排除在1至2年內转至主板掛牌上市。
INSTACOM集团首席执行员龚世情表示，目前的基建设施主要是由基建业者为电讯业者负责建筑，但其拥有权还是保留在后者手中。然而，由於基建设施的建设工程需动用丰厚的资金，因此很多时候都受到一定的限制。
她指出，电讯业者是想拥有更多的基建设施，但却碍於资金上的约束而无法大展拳脚。不过，身为基建业者的INSTACOM集团拥有更完善的网络与知识，能够找到相关方面资助该集团建造基建设施，电讯业者大可在完工后租用该设施。
「这並不是新的企业方案。在欧美等国家，电讯业者並不持有基建设施，而是归基建业者所拥有。这作法还未在大马实行，但我们相信只是时间的问题而已。」她补充道。
龚世情是在出席该集团召开的股东特大后，向在场记者发表上述计划。她表示，该集团正在努力推动此主意，也得到数个持有所需资金单位的正面迴响。
「电讯业者也对这计划感兴趣，因它们无需为建设与维修基建设施而分心，可专注於提供服务予市场。」
无论如何，基於国內市场近90%的所需基建设施已由电讯业者所持有，接下来的建设项目料大部份来自於通讯与多媒体委员会（MCMC）旗下的普及服务基金（USP），在覆盖率不足及不符电讯业者经济效应的地区建造基建设施。
「另外，更大的需求將是对於光纤技术。当然我们不是说基建业者可完全接管基建设施的建设工作，但我们可以相辅相成，使得基建设施能够更快速地被推出。在这情况下，我们可以让大马更快速地进入光纤化。」
计划2年內转板
龚世情对光纤技术极为看重，尤其是隨著长期演进技术（LTE）的推出，消费者对游览速度的需求越来越高，而当前国內所拥有的容量並无法满足市场的需求。
此外，龚世情亦透露该集团內部有將INSTACOM集团转至主要交易板上市的计划，惟目前仍处於计划阶段，仍未有任何具体的行动。
「我们已达到大马交易所主板上市的条件，目前需要等待我们的保荐人--拉昔胡申投行对此建议作出研究並给予意见。」
对此，龚氏不排除转板计划可在未来1至2年的短时间內完成。
在去年完成倒置收购I电力（IPOWER）后，INSTACOM集团在2013財政年首季成功转亏为盈，惟顾及基建领域需要密集的资本，龚世情表示，该集团在本財政年並不会派发任何股息。[东方日报财经] |

意思是之前买贵了，掉到两毛多，吓到自己不知如何面对，还好hold了3个月，不算白hold.
有赚就好,买卖的时机timing很重要，什么paper gain,全都是屁话。
最重要不要像我上次那样，套牢了3个月，确实miss了很多机会。
下星期应该回升到0.46，rhb target price。。 |

Instacom集团表现亮丽
二零一三年九月五日 凌晨十二时十四分
（吉隆坡4日讯）一家以古晋为基地的电信业方案供应商Instacom集团有限公司（INSTACO，0069，创业板）公布，在截至2013年6月30日止第2季度，分别取得较高的763万令吉税前利润和3630万令吉的营业额。
该集团在今年第1季度，仅录得696万令吉的税前利润，以及3020万令吉的营业额。
该集团首席执行员龚世情表示，由于国内主要电讯供应商的需求非常强劲，因此上半年的强劲财务成绩预示着整个现财政年的盈利将会好转。
她在一份声明中说：“我们想感谢我们的尊贵客户，因它们在长期上经常更新它们的网络，同时提高它们的服务交付和网络覆盖整个马来西亚半岛以及沙巴和沙拉越。”
该集团之前宣布，每2股股票即可获赠1张免费凭单，而该凭单料将在9月6日至12日之间上市。
上述凭单的每张行使价是33仙，较今日收盘价每股27.5仙溢价20％，这表明该股目前是遭低估。
最近Instacom集团成为兴业资本的5大首选小型市值上市公司之一。[光华日报财经]
