冀筹1.35亿‧ASIAMET拟出清资产

（吉隆坡20日讯）ASIAMET教育（AEGB,5166,主板贸服组）决定轻装上阵，将旗下所有产业挂上待售牌子，有望筹得1亿3500万令吉。

ASIAMET教育大股东--SMRT控股（SMRT,0117,创业板贸服组）创办人兼主席拿督帕兰向《The Edge》证实相关消息，称“资产销售是集团轻资产运作的策略。”

他说，集团无意涉足产业市场，若无法以合理价格脱售，可能将相关产业出租。“我们主要的目的是利用脱售所得作为营运资本，以及向股东派息。”

帕兰虽无法提供实际的派息时程，但不排除最快在截至2018年12月31日财政年成行。

目前，ASIAMET教育旗下有6大资产，包括位于蕉赖、霹雳、亚庇等地的学院，而集团有意将总院迁至赛城，现正在当地寻找合适空间。

（吉隆坡23日讯）Asiamet教育（Asiamet Education Group Bhd）表示，已经获得6项待售资产，包括位于雪兰莪蕉赖的主校区估价报告。

Asiamet针对《The Edge》周刊的报道，向大马交易所说明，该公司还在考虑各种选项。

据报道，该集团将出售位于雪州、霹雳、沙巴和吉兰丹的所有6项资产，为轻资产政策的一部分，这可能取得1亿3500万令吉。

报道引述Asiamet最大股东SMRT控股（SMRT Holdings Bhd）创办人兼主席Tan Sri Dr R Palan指出，如果无法获得有利的交易，Asiamet也可能考虑出租这些物业。

该集团今日说：“Asiamet谨此澄清，正在寻求一个轻资产策略，并在此过程中获得相关物业的评估报告。”

取代Asiamet教育上市地位 Minda全球出師不利

（吉隆坡19日訊）Minda全球（MINDA，5166，主要板貿服）取代Asiamet教育的上市地位，在狗年首個交易日于大馬交易所主要板掛牌上市，但今日開始交易出師不利。

Minda全球先跌0.5仙，以21.5仙開市，隨后跌幅擴大，跌2仙或9.1%至20仙。該股截至4時半報20.5仙，滑落1.5仙，成交量140萬7200股。

Minda全球在文告指出，將著重在重新激活其業務戰略，並在未來1年至1年半內實施更審慎的財務管理。

同時，Minda全球正尋求開發新的方案，以擴大其學科，並改善學生入學成長率。

Minda全球目前持有賽柏再也醫學大學（CUCMS），及Asia Metropolitan大學與學院。

該公司也通過持有Asia Metropolitan國際大學，而涉及國際學校領域。

Asiamet教育早前在股東特別大會上，批准公司通過以每股20仙發行8億3000萬股予SMRT控股獨資子公司SMR Education，以收購經營賽城大學（Cyberjaya University）的CUCMS Education私人有限公司。
