找到了一个满重要的东西
HAIO 369 Plan
Sebelum saya teruskan tentang plan 369 saya percaya ramai pembaca yang juga seperti saya yang telah menceburi banyak perniagaan MLM sama ada tempatan atau global. Syarikat lain saya tak nak komen. Masing-masing ada kelebihan sendiri. Yang saya nak cerita la ni ialah tentang Hai-O.
Ok kita kembali kepada modal RM20,000. Sebelum saya cite mana nak dapat modal, saya nak selitkan tentang uniknya MLM ni…ia macam lebih kurang biz internet atau SOHO (Small Office Home Office). Apa taknya, dengan menceburi biz MLM anda tak perlu bayar sewa kedai yang mahal dan tak perlu gaji pekerja. Masa bisnes juga fleksibel dan tak perlu tunggu/jaga di kedai.
Ok, kita mulakan bisnes ni dengan modalnya kita pinjam dari bank. Kalau orang kerja kerajaan senang sikit la, buat loan yang ada potongan Angkasa. Pinjam dari Bank Rakyat atau Bank Pertanian, jangan BSN - lambat (sorry).
Pinjam RM23,000 dapat RM20,000 lebih. Tempoh 10 tahun ansuran RM300 sebulan. So gaji kita dah susut RM300 sebulankan! Jangan risau!!! Bila kita register ikut cara ni ie bayar (guna cek/bank draf) RM20,830 kita akan dapat cek (bonus + untung runcit) sebanyak RM4,800 pada bulan berikutnya. So RM4,800 dibagi RM300 = 16 bulan punya ansuran dah cover. Kira 1 1/2 tahun tu settle la kita punya ansuran, maksudnya gaji tak susut 1 1/2 tahun.
Lepas tu RM20800 tu bukan labur buta macam Swiss Cash. Kita dapat 10 unit water treatment Bio Aura dengan teknologi nano.
Lepas tu nak rileks terpulang. Yalah tak semua orang minat nak menjual-jual ni. Dah habis 1 1/2 tahun masa nilah kita cuba bermurah hati kat kawan dan saudara mara. Jual lah BIo Aura tadi kepada mereka dengan bayaran ansuran tanpa faedah, sebulan RM100 contohnnya, takkan diorang taknak. Dapatkan 3 orang, so sebulan dah cover loan RM300 ansuran. Tahun depan jual lagi 3, tahun depannya jual lagi 3/4 unit. Maka tak sampai 3 tahun dah balik modal RM20,00 tadi.
Habis tu apa yang kita dapat. Takkan setakat Sales manager aje. Kita ada 4 step lagi kat atas iaitu Senior Sales Manager (60,000 PV-26%), DSM (180,000-31%), DDM (720,000-36%) danpaling tinggi Crown Diamond Manager (CDM)-PV 2 juta , bonus 41%.
Caranya cari 8 orang downline seumur hidup dan downline kita juga buat benda yang sama. Bantu semua orang buat benda yang sama. Begitulah teorinya. Tapi bukan setakat teori dah ramai yang jadi jutawan dalam Hai-O ni, macam MLM lain juga yang besar-besar.
Dalam paper baru ni keluar berita Hai-O top 5 di Malaysia dari segi keahlian dan percaya akan menerajui industri.

海鸥药业门市非常的差
药业批发更差。。
外面药材店都不给他脸
靠他自己的门市简直是吃老米。。 |

我也是觉得应该以MLM来分析这家公司!
MLM在马来西亚market起伏很大
常常一批人跳槽后就造成极大的影响
海鸥MLM也是这几年改plan才起死回升的。。 |

海鷗獨獲5年
甘味料生產合約
(吉隆坡30日訊)海鷗(HAIO,7668,主板貿易)獲PureCircle私人有限公司頒予5年合約,為后者獨家生產“Greenlite”品牌的天然甘味料(Sweetener)。
海鷗透過獨資子公司SG國際生物科技,獲得上述合約,以甜菊(Stevia)生產甘味料。
海鷗財務長候文健(譯音)透露,上述價值3000萬令吉合約料將明顯貢獻公司盈利。
他今日在簽約儀式后指出,上述合約將使甘味料業務的營業額及盈利貢獻比重,在未來5年增至5%。
他透露,將出口上述甘味料;目前,甘味料生產業務僅分別貢獻公司2%營業額及1%盈利。 |

Announcement Details :
1. Salient terms of the Agreement 1.1 PureCircle agrees that the appointment and engagement of SG Global to manufacture the Products is on an exclusive basis.
1.2 PureCircle warrants and undertakes not to appoint or engage any other manufacturer save except SG Global to manufacture the Products during the term of the Agreement.
1.3 SG Global undertakes to manufacture Stevia tabletop sweeteners exclusively for PureCircle.
1.4 Duration
1.4.1 The appointment shall be effective from the date of the Agreement and shall continue for a period of five (5) years (the "Duration"). 1.4.2 PureCircle may further extend the appointment of SG Global provided that PureCircle is satisfied with the performance of SG Global during the Duration of the Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions to be mutually agreed by both parties three (3) months prior expiration of the Agreement.
1.5 Annual Order Target
1.5.1 PureCircle agrees to provide SG Global a production forecast for a period of three (3) years together with an estimated monthly order quantity. 1.5.2 SG Global agrees to manufacture the estimated monthly order quantity of the Products according to the production forecast as specified by PureCircle in the Agreement.
1.5.3 PureCircle undertakes to place an order in aggregate of at least 120 containers for the first three (3) years. In the event that PureCircle fails to do so, PureCircle agrees to pay an amount equivalent up to 10% of the Products sale value of each container for each shortfall numbers of the minimum containers order for the first three (3) years
1.6 Both parties shall have the right to terminate the Agreement by giving the other party six (6) months notice in writing subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
2. Information of PureCircle
PureCircle is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the name Stevian Biotechnology Corporation Sdn Bhd on 3 May 2002 under the Companies Act, 1965. It changed to its present name on 12 November 2007. It has an authorized share capital of RM100,000,000 comprising of 100,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 58,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid-up.
The principal activities of PureCircle are manufacturing and distribution of Biotech products predominantly in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
PureCircle Group develops and produces natural food ingredients for supply to the global food and beverage industry. PureCircle Group has an exclusive focus on the production and sale of extracted natural high intensity sweetener (HIS) with the objective of capitalizing on worldwide trends towards healthier diets.
3. Rationale
The Agreement signifies the expansion of Hai-O’s manufacturing division and will enhance the contract manufacturing business and earnings potential of Hai-O Group.
4. Financial Effects
The Agreement will not have any material effects on the issued and paid-up share capital, earnings per share or net assets of Hai-O for the financial year ending 30 April 2008. However, the Agreement is expected to enhance earnings for the future years.
5. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interest
None of the directors, major shareholders or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Agreement.
6. Statement by Directors
The Board of Directors of Hai-O is of the opinion that the Agreement is in the best interest of Hai-O.
This announcement is dated 30 January 2008.

奇怪,Kawan Haio为何没对guomiao88兄找来的消息给评论?guomiao88兄证明了Haio的MLM和市场上其他的MLM没多大差别。现在MLM让Haio的业绩进步,将来让Haio的业绩退步的也将是MLM。。。 |

海鷗與中國海爾結盟

(雪蘭莪‧巴生)海鷗企業(HAIO,7668;主板貿服組)旗下的海鷗能源公司,今日(週四,31日)與中國海爾集團簽署熱管半導體致冷技術合約,正式與海爾集團展開全面合作,打造高效節能的新型環保半導體致冷冰箱、冷氣機,以及高效熱管熱水器。
海鷗企業董事經理陳凱希披露,海爾集團將在農曆新年後,派遣中國熱管頂尖專家訪馬,進一步研究探討這項技術的可行性及實用性。
他說,該集團目前積極向中國申請註冊新技術的專利權。
與此同時,海爾集團(泰國)執行董事曲志龍說,雖然海爾在全球市場有一定的影響力,更成功打造中華民族的品牌,但在技術方面,還需要不斷創新。
“這項合作,不僅為雙方帶來進展,也為海爾集團加強技術,對人類生活的推進更有所幫助。”
受邀見證簽約儀式的巴生中華總商會會長戴良業說,海鷗能源公司能研發出新科技,對大馬科技來說是一項重大的突破,同時也讓海爾集團可以甩開產品價格及生產量的競爭,而在技術上與超越其他品牌。
發展熱管半導體致冷技術
熱管半導體致冷技術是海鷗能源公司執行長兼技術總監李居強兩年前所研發的新技術,融合電子學及熱力學的理念,並突破了60年來相變熱管的原理。
李居強指出,熱管半導體致冷技術是非相變熱管技術,因此以此技術生產的冰箱不需要冷卻機、壓縮機等,更具有環保功能及節省能源。
出席者包括海爾電器(馬)有限公司執行董事賴漢貴、海鷗集團總經理陳祈福等。
另一方面,海鷗企業週三發表文告說,獨資子公司SG全球生物技術公司與Pure Circle私人有限公司簽署生產協議,為後者生產“Stevia天然糖精”。
Pure Circle將在協議的首3年至少訂購120貨櫃的產品,否則將償還產品銷售價值的10%作為賠償。

獨家生產天然甘味料
海鷗合理價RM4.04
(吉隆坡3日訊)海鷗(HAIO,7668,主板貿易)獲天然甘味料(Sweetener)獨家生產合約,券商預計,每年可為公司額外帶來500萬令吉收入,故調高合理價至4.04令吉。
興業證券研究分析報告指出,根據海鷗管理層說法,天然甘味料生產無需注入大筆資金,因現有廠房年產量可在未來3年達到80公噸。
“不過,海鷗管理層說,若市場需求增大,將投資設廠加大產量至150公噸,預計此獨家生產合約,將貢獻400至500萬令吉營業額。”
海鷗1月30日宣佈,獲PureCircle私人有限公司頒予5年合約,為后者獨家生產“Greenlite”品牌的天然甘味料,合約總值達3000萬令吉。
興業證券說,生產天然甘味料利潤高,相信海鷗將獲得在大馬和中國的獨家分銷合約。
基于收入可觀及賺幅或超過30%,該證券行上調海鷗合理價格,從3.96令吉調高至4.04令吉,2009和2010財年盈利預測也上調2%至3%,維持“跑贏大市”(Outperform)評級。
賺幅逾30%
興業證券預測,海鷗2009財年營業額將達3億3880萬令吉,淨利或達3520萬令吉;2010財年則將提高到3億7600萬令吉及3890萬令吉。
海鷗曾說,甘味料生產目前僅分別佔公司2%營業額和1%盈利。
過去52週,海鷗股價于1.38令吉至3.38令吉區間波動;截至1月31日閉市時,平盤收3令吉。
海鷗市值達2億4780萬令吉,繳足資本為8260萬股,其中陳氏家族握有25%股權。 |

我觉得在财报上不会这样快出现问题。。
通常财报会是一个公司比表现的end-product...
今年的earnings还会满吸引人的。。
不过以长远来说,haio 就真的上不了台了。。。
haiz...也许就像buffet 说的吧。。。
