DGS与电讯4巨头洽合作

（吉隆坡6日讯）身陷GN3公司名单的通讯及资讯科技服务供应商DGS公司（DGSB，0131，创业板科技组）正与电讯领域“4巨头”洽谈合作事宜，DGS公司将为4巨头提供服务，预期今年内将会有结果。

该公司主席拿督马守国在股东大会后表示，公司有意把业务多元化至服务、维修、租金、网络收入等业务，预期上述业务，可为公司带来经常收入，未来可贡献公司20至30%的营业额。

“预期未来3至4个月内将会有结果。”

此外，他也表示，目前政府正在大力提升网络服务的覆盖率，公司的业务可带来一定程度的受惠。

委顾问
欲尽快脱离GN3

询及何时和脱离GN3行列，他则表示，公司本月将会委任顾问，以便尽快脱离GN3行列，惟他不设下脱离GN3的日期。

DGS公司是今年8月3日被列入GN3公司，根据文告，稽查师认为，依截至2016年3月31日止财政年财报来看，该公司无法展现持续经营能力。此外，该公司的股东基金仅有缴足资本的50%或更少，因此须列为GN3公司。

据GN3公司指南，DGS公司必须在12个月内提呈重组计划，若无法履行相关义务，将在暂停交易通告发出后的第五个交易日遭勒令暂停交易。

DGSB今脱离GN3

（吉隆坡18日讯）DGSB（DGSB，0131，创业板）获马交所准许脱离GN3公司行列，从19日（周四）早上9时起生效。

马交所今日宣布，豁免DGSB呈交重组计划和指定担保人。

去年8月3日，DGSB审计师在截至2016财年3月31日财报的审计报告中，担忧该公司的持续经营能力。

同时，DGSB的股东权益，占已发行和缴足资本的50%或以下，因此成为GN3公司。

DGSB在去年10月31日，向马交所申请豁免呈交重组计划和指定担保人。【e南洋】

DGSB - UPLIFTMENT OF GN3 STATUS

DIVERSIFIED GATEWAY SOLUTIONS BERHAD

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has approved DGSB's application for a waiver from complying with Rule 8.03 (a) and Guidance Note 3 ("GN3") of the ACE Market Listing Requirements. The decision was arrived at after taking into consideration all facts and circumstances of the matter including amongst others, that the Company no longer triggers any of the criteria of pursuant to paragraph 2.1 of GN3.

With the waiver being granted, DGSB will be uplifted from being classified as a GN3 company effective from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 19 January 2017.

（吉隆坡31日讯）Diversified Gateway Solutions Bhd（DGSB）刘志强辞去总执行长的职务，即日起生效。

这家网络系统集成商今日向大马交易所报备，现年53岁的刘志强，以其他繁忙工作承诺为由请辞。不过，刘志强将继续担任董事局的执行董事。

根据DGSB 2017年的年报，刘志强是在2010年4月14日受委担任总执行长，并在2012年3月6日受委为执行董事。

刘志强是在1989年开启他的职业生涯，先在Innovest Systems and Services私人有限公司担任客户经理。1991年则加入Digital Transmission Systems私人有限公司，任职销售总经理。

他是在1997年入主Diversified Gateway Bhd（DGB），目前也担任DGB的董事经理。

截至截稿时间，DGSB仍未公布接任刘志强担任集团总执行长的人选。
