（吉隆坡7日訊）MASTERSKILL（MEGB，5166，主要板貿易）為償還債務，脫售房地產與土地資產，消息透露，待扣除債務與相關費用后，或將把余款派發給股東。

財經週刊《The Edge》引述知情人士報導，該公司接下來料探討脫售位于怡保、新山與八打靈再也的資產。

“脫售資產所得將用以償債，在扣除相關費用后，余款將派發給股東。”

MASTERSKILL上週以5900萬令吉，脫售位于萬宜的10塊緊鄰土地，料可獲利1430萬令吉。

根據興業證券研究，該公司在脫售萬宜土地后，仍握有淨賬面價值（book value）達1億7430萬令吉的房產。

“假設所有不動產以現有賬面價值出售，估計現有股東可獲每股42.5仙的優渥回報。”

若以MASTERSKILL上週五（5日）閉市價49仙計算，每股派息42.5仙，代表股東可享有逾80%回酬；該公司過去3年的年度派息，介于6至15仙。[中国报财经]

Masterskill采取行动扭转亏损　探讨海外合作商机

（吉隆坡5日讯）经过自2011年第4季开始的连续赤字后，Masterskill教育集团有限公司（MEGB，5166，贸易服务组）已决定采取行动以恢复盈利。

由于在国内市场的挑战仍然激烈，该健康科学教育供应商现放眼海外商机，探讨透过专利模式与数个海外伙伴合作的可能性。

该集团已扩大其教学领域，从医疗与专职医疗方案，至包括商业、休闲和旅游课程。

为反映出其扩大后服务和新商业模式，Masterskill教育集团的主要教育支臂Masterskill健康大学学院，已经在6月重塑品牌为亚洲都市大学。

这项重塑品牌也涉及提升这间教育机构，从一间大学学院转型至全方位的大学。

在The Edge财经的一项专访中，Masterskill教育集团副首席执行员杨杰斯博士（译音）透露，该集团现正寻求当局的适当批准，以在海外提供相关教育。

他说：“我们已经获得KPDNKK（国内贸易、合作社与消费部）的专利执照。”

透过这张专利执照，杨氏称，Masterskill教育集团已在对更高教育拥有需求的中国、缅甸和孟加拉物色合适商业伙伴。

他预料专利业务将在5年内为集团收益贡献至少60%。

“我们已经蒙亏，但我们尝试扭转这个亏损。”

他指出，管理层将透过新计划和新策略，努力扭转这个局势。

“我认为在2015年首季，我们可以脱离赤字。”

Masterskill教育集团截至2012年12月31日止财政年的收益，滑落至1亿4880万令吉，比较前一年达2亿5020万令吉。它于期间的亏损达2830万令吉或每股6.88仙，而于2011财政年则录得4530万令吉净盈利。

在本地展望方面，杨氏表示，Masterskill教育集团将继续扩大服务，尤其是学位课程，因这个领域比文凭课程拥有更高需求和收益。

他说，Masterskill教育集团将在八打灵再也19区为海外学生推出一间新旗舰校舍。

除了休闲管理和旅游课程，这间八打灵再也校舍也将提供新商业课程，让学生可获得文凭和工商管理硕士。

据杨氏称，其于去年12月与英国工商管理协会签署的谅解备忘录，将确保学生可在巩固继续求学。英国工商管理协会的认证获得全球逾80大学的承认。

杨氏透露，在导致亏损的收益下滑方面，主要是因为新生取录减少，尤其是Masterskill教育集团的护理课程。

从2007至2012年间，Masterskill教育集团已经从其分别位于吉隆坡、新山、霹雳怡保、吉兰丹哥打峇鲁和沙巴亚庇的5间学院，培育了1万8815名毕业生和证书持有人。[光华日报财经]

Masterskill教育 在沙地设护理学校

（吉隆坡7日讯）Masterskill教育集团有限公司（MEGB，5166，贸易服务组）将在沙地阿拉伯设立一间护理与专职医疗学校。

该教育集团已签署一份谅解备忘录，与沙地阿拉伯公司Crescent Point for Training公司成立一个联营，作上述扩充用途。

Masterskill教育将持有联营工具的40%股权，而医疗与保健学院管理与经营商Crescent Point则将拥有不少于60%。

该教育供应商在致给大马交易所的文件中称：“这间学校初期将可容纳约4000名学生，并有意逐步扩大到拥有单一或多个校舍，以及1万2000名或以上的学生。”

Masterskill教育也将根据行业标准专利率，和最高联营收益10%方式，获得专利费。

在备忘录下，Masterskill教育将提供软体、支援服务、课程、人力资源和业务的管理，以及提供‘学校建造最高决策与谘询’。

Crescent Point则将提供监管关系支援、协调和与当局的联络，以及当需要时的持续支援。

与此同时，Masterskill教育将在其暂时于马来西亚校舍吸收建议中学校的高达2000名学生，直到联营工具开始经营。

（吉隆坡20日讯）Masterskill教育集团（MEGB，5166，主板贸服股）週四暂停交易1小时，以宣布该公司大股东兼执行董事西瓦古玛（Siva Kumar）计划以每股1.10令吉或总值1亿3400万令吉，脱售所持有的1亿2200万股或29.76%股权予一名投资者。        

Masterskill教育集团发文告声称，昨日（19日）傍晚接到西瓦古玛的通知书，表示他与在香港的大马人何顺强（译音）签署了认购及认沽股权协议（Call and Put Option Agreement）。

文告指出，西瓦古玛目前持有该公司1亿2200万股股票，或占缴足股本的29.76%。西瓦古玛已同意出售所持有的股权予何顺强，每股售价为1.10令吉。

在该协议下，何顺强可在签署协议后的6个月之內行驶其认购权。至于认沽股股权方面，在签署协议后的第9至第10个月，西瓦古玛可行使其认沽权。

恢復交易后，Masterskill教育集团以全天最低水平0.375令吉开跑，低於週三闭市价0.385令吉，隨后一度衝上全天最高水平0.445令吉，之后收窄涨幅，並以0.405令吉掛收，起2仙或5.19%。票【东方网财经】
