Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Property Berhad (formerly known as Boon Koon Group Berhad) (“CHGP” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of CHGP had on 24 May 2019 approved the incorporation of net revaluation surplus (net of deferred tax) of approximately RM2.96 million into the financial statements of CHGP for the financial year ended 31 March 2019. The Group had carried out a valuation on the non-current assets of the Group held under Lot Nos. 1804, 1808, 1809, 1810 and 5025, Title No. GM 975, GM 454, GM 455, GM 456 and GM 1696, Mukim 9, District of Seberang Perai Selatan, State of Pulau Pinang (hereinafter referred to as “Lands and Buildings”). Please refer to the attachment for the details of the above announcement. This announcement is dated 24 May 2019.
