織布展望欠佳‧威立擴大產業投資

（吉隆坡23日訊）威立（KPOWER，7130，主板工業產品組）表示，作為主要營收來源的織布業展望欠佳，有意擴大產業投資減輕前者衝擊。

該公司執行董事胡福來在股東大會後向《星洲財經》表示，公司去年在英國利物浦收購了學生公寓，每年的毛賺幅約10%，因此公司有意擴大相關方面的投資，以便獲得更多經常性營收。

不過，他表示，目前馬幣走弱，公司並不急於收購更多相關的資產，但會持續物色優質的公寓。

他表示，公司的布匹主要是供應給歐洲服飾原件生產商（OEM），客戶包括英國知名品牌Marks & Spencer。

他說，有些歐洲客戶有意進軍美國市場，因當地的經濟正在復甦中。若客戶成功進軍美國，公司也能因此而受惠，預期年尾可得知客戶是否成功進軍美國市場。

詢及馬幣走弱公司是否可從中受惠，他表示，公司90%的布匹出口至海外，以美元計價，主要成本也是以美元計價，形成自然護盤，惟人力成本是以馬幣計算，因此只能提高些許淨利。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：謝汪潮）

（吉隆坡11日訊）上週，1980年代末期非常活躍的企業家拿督阿末塞比巴卡，透過私人臂膀Bright Existence公司，以每股50仙賣出針織布料生產公司威立（KPOWER，7130，主板工業產品組）所有股權。

雖然買主尚未公開身份，但隨著他先在今年3月脫售1千130萬股或20%股權，將持股降至25.3%，再於7月7日和8日分別沽出12.5%和3.5%股權，持股跌破5%，一切顯然已經明朗。

上週五，他進一步沽清所有250萬股或4.4%股權。

這批股票的售價介於43至50仙。上週五該公司收市價掛50仙，比今年初高出100%。

截至2015年3月31日止，該公司的每股淨資產為49仙。

今年3月以來，該公司僅有一名新大股東——黃偉文（音譯）。他在3月11日買進20%股權。
