In accordance with the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, 1998,the Board will be appointing an independent adviser (“IA”) to advisethe directors and shareholders of WCTL in relation to the Offer. Theappointment of the IA to the Offer is subject to the approval of theSecurities Commission (“SC”) and an announcement will be made uponreceiving the SC’s approval on the said appointment.

A copy of the Notice is attached herewith and will be made available to the press.
